The Cadet program is for youth 14-20 years old who have an interest in law enforcement and community service. Cadets work close with local law enforcement and other first responders to gain hands on knowledge and experience in first responder techniques. Cadets participate in local events, engage in regular training events and annual competitions.

 The Cadet program is designed to test each cadet mentally and physically to prepare them for the demanding nature of law enforcement. Cadets also develop personal skills to build character and encourage them to be an active member of their community.
